One for our fellow type nerds, Times New Arial is a variable font concept produced by Elias Hanzer for Hamburg-based design studio Liebermann Kiepe Reddemann.
As variable fonts are becoming an increasingly common offering from type foundries, it’s always interesting to see how this is applied to legacy typefaces and what new hybrid forms are created as a result. In this case, we get to see the combination of two classics, Times and Arial.
